How should I start??
I have come to a realisation lately that people around me aren’t really happy and we are people who tend to do a lot of things that make us unhappy most of the time. We complain, whine and go back to doing it again after some time.
But why? What is holding us back? To find out the answers and make you realise, I made a list for you and I am sharing it here.
Get rid of all these things and you will be happy in no time.
1. ) Overthinking. Stop overthinking!
Now the next time that your mind will buzz with things that are irrelevant, give it’s worth a thought.
2.) Wasting too much time on the social media.
Clicking selfies, posting pictures, updating statuses, missing out on all the memories.
3.) Being a sloth and spending all the time being a couch potato.
Sorry but not sorry! I had to say this. Not exercising and living on a couch does nothing but dulls you and drains all your energy.
4.) Stop caring so much about what people think about you!
5.) More stress less action!
This is basically what defines our state today. Our lives are all about less action and more talking. Time to do more and talk less.

6.) Doing things to make money and not joy.
I know it is important to have money but it is also important to earn money by ways that bring joy to you and not drain you.
7.) Leave that exploitative job. LEAVE IT!
Everything will work out. Trust me! EVERYTHING!
8.) Not speaking out.
Why? Tell them your stories, talk to them. Let them know the real you. Say it all and stop burdening your heart.
9.) Not trying new things.
Stop restricting yourself. Let your heart shout and yearn for new things. It is good to explore.
10.) Lastly but not the least, not loving yourself!
Not listening to yourself and not taking care of yourself is a bad thing. You deserve all of it, pamper yourself and love yourself, you will know true joy.
