Fast food restaurants need you to eat more so they can earn more. It’s why fast food doesn’t need a whole lot of chewing. In fact, the thinnest person will chew about 14.8 times and the heaviest person will chew 11.9 times before swallowing their delicious meal according to the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.
