Dieting is not easy and who exactly are we kidding? It is not for the faint-hearted. Not only does it require a great dieting plan or several diet charts but a lot of dedication and an urge to forget all the gobbling habits. This very clearly includes taking a break from hot chips and cupcakes.
But when the summers come in and you try and get into shape because you clearly want to get into that floral dress you bought last year, everything comes tumbling down. Not only do you have to leave all that you kept on binging in the winters to keep you warm but also have to get rid of the winter fat. And then one fine day you decide to risk it all. But…
I thought about it because they say that the thought counts.
Maybe a healthy drink will work!!
