The cost of the Mesa Vista Ranch in Pampa, Texas, is valued at $250 million. The ranch has 65,000 acres, a 33,000-square-foot main lodge, a 30-seat home theater, a golf and tennis court, its own private airport and a 6,000-foot runway for when the urge to travel hits.
