7 Upper Phillimore Gardens is in London, England. Money quoted the cost of this prep school turned mansion at $128 million. It has a theater, a gym, a sauna, an underground swimming pool, and 10 bedrooms. The interior is also covered in gold and marble. But you’d expect nothing less from home owner Olena Pinchuk, the daughter of Leonid Kuchma, Ukraine’s second president.
